The Flamingo Bay Area is located on the northwest part of Costa Rica, in the Guanacaste province.
For many years the best time to fish out of Flamingo has been June thru August. September and October are really good months for yellow fin tunas on the 200+ pounds, with a good chance for sails and marlins as well.
The Flamingo Bay Area is also well known for excellent light tackle fishing during all these months. Rooster fish, Spanish mackerel, barracuda, snappers, groupers, Amberjack, wahoo and many more species can be found around the "Catalinas" and "Bat Islands."

Quepos, located in the mid-Pacific zone of our country, offers you the exciting combination of excellent fishing and lush green vegetation all year round.
We consider the second half of December through the end of April to be the best time for sailfish and blue-striped marlin. Quepos is the ideal place for fly fishing!

Fishing out of Los Sueños Marina is good all year round and is one of the best spots on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica near Jaco Beach.
Sailfish and Marlin are the main attraction at Los Sueños, but inshore fishing can be really good for catching Roosterfish, snappers and mackerels as well!
Anglers can mix up their fishing with a few days of golfing.
